Stephanie Smith is a graduate from Life University who earned her Doctorate in chiropractic as well as her Master’s Degree in Sports Health Medicine.  Dr. Smith specializes in sports chiropractic by utilizing a hands-on approach to improve and maintain the client’s vitality through chiropractic adjustments of not just the spine but also joints of the arms and legs. She is also a certified kettlebell trainer as well as certified in Functional Movement Systems, which both are specializations in the training and conditioning of the human body for elite performances as well as injury prevention. Dr. Smith’s treatment approach encompasses the entire body, both structure and function as well as strength and conditioning. 

Dr. Smith is originally from New York where she spent most of her time on the soccer field. That commitment and dedication earned her the opportunity to play for the Pennsylvania State University Women’s soccer team while earning her BS in Animal Science. Dr. Smith continued her sports endeavors by playing semi-professionally with the Vancouver Whitecaps FC for 3 years.

Dr. Smith’s dedication to the study of sports performance enhancement, health, and fitness coupled with her in-depth experience working will various athletes ranging from first-time gym attendees to the athletes­­­ from Life University and Kennesaw State University, as well as professional athletes, ensures that every patient receives the most current and relevant care at AIM Chiropractic & Fitness.
